INTRODUCING FRANKBOTICS: A BI-MONTHLY TECHMAGAZINE

Dear Sir/Ma
I am pleased to introduce Frankbotics, a bi-monthly Techmagazine to you. This is an initiative from Frankbotics Centre for Adaptation of Technology (FCAT). An entry level artificial intelligence and robotic centre established purposely for the adaptation of technology. It is a foundation aimed at improving healthcare delivery through AI, AI assistive educational system and robot driven manufacturing in this fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0). In this era of smart devices and face-timing, the need of a humane touch is growing exponentially and undoubtedly, the future is AI.
We are therefore seeking for professionals within and outside the country who will become columnist in Frankbotics and be writing periodically on:

  1. AI assistive healthcare delivery
  2. AI assistive e-learning
  3. Industrial robotics and automation (Industry 4.0)
    We believe that these are next leap for the nation to join the league of smart, secure and sustainable nations of the developed and industrialized nations.
    Medical practitioners who are abreast with the use of smart wearables, artificial intelligence, robotics and emerging technologies in delivering healthcare services are invited to have columns in the TechMagazine. Likewise, Computer professionals both in academics and industry within the nation and beyond are also invited to write and publish the research findings on these areas in the Frankbotics.
    Articles should be centred on AI assistive healthcare delivery, AI assistive e-learning system and industrial robotics including IoTs. Our environment need to be abreast with these technological advancement least we be left behind in the visions of the global health, the AI Education, and the industrial revolution.
    The maiden edition will be launched soon. Efforts are put in place to make sure computer scientists, scholars, AI compliant doctors and health workers be drawn from various research institutions around the world to make contributions. It will contain excerpts from one on one discussion with HODs of computer science departments, ICT practitioners, healthcare workers, stakeholders, industrialists, robotic giants e.t.c in the nation’s institutions and beyond. The cover page of this median edition is as shown.
    Target audience include WHO, NMA, Federal Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, students of colleges of medicine, healthcare practitioners, computer science students and scholars including industrialists, foreign investors, ICT practitioners and the general public. It is a means of sensitising the public in readiness for the “SMART HOSPITAL”, “SMART INDUSTRY”, “SMART EDUCATION”, IoTS and EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES”.
